Alexandra Lambert is the Director of MAD BRUSSELS
( Fashion and Design Centre Brussels ) since May 2011.
She graduated in Economics and Public Management at the ULB.
From 2006 to 2011, she worked for Brussels Invest & Export in the field of International management of Fashion, Design & Luxury. She was also expert for Visitbrussels (the Tourism Office of Brussels) for the development and promotion of Brussels as fashion and design capital.
Previously, she worked at the Federal Office of the Minister for Social Integration as the person responsible for the policy against poverty.
From 2000 to 2006, she was in charge of the policy against unemployment at the Regional Office of the Minister of Employment.
She also managed the Program Objective II for Brussels-Capital and monitored the ERDF investments in Brussels.
From 1994 to 2000, she worked at the Regional Office of Employment and was involved in the building of the Observatory of the Labour Market and Skills.
