Silvia Kadolsky completed a commercial apprenticeship and was employed for more than ten years in the Parisian couture houses, and the showrooms of international designers in Paris and New York were her domain.
She specialized in sample sales, manufacturing, media, and administration. In 1989, Silva Kadolsky worked together with Dorothea Beisser to found the first fashion school ESMOD Germany in Munich and in 1994, founded a further school in the capital, Berlin.
Together, they made ESMOD Germany what it is today: one of Germany’s most renowned fashion schools.
Due to her national and international contacts in the fashion world, Silvia was able to form long-lasting partnerships with distinguished companies and is able to offer her students a professional platform for their work.
